About Fiona

In 2007, while going through a very difficult period of my life, I was given the EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) Manual written by the founder Gary Craig.   Reading through the manual and the changes it offered, it seemed almost too good to be true. I was hopeful it would work, but after following the instructions, I felt so self-conscious, that only after a brief try I set the manual aside.  Around twelve months later I picked the manual up again.  Following the instructions this time brought a noticeable and positive change in how I was feeling and I have used this technique ever since.

I have now successfully “tapped” for many life challenges such as weight, food and craving issues, performance anxiety for piano and singing, and to relieve the emotional intensity such as anger, guilt, shame, sadness and fears surrounding memories from difficult events.

I made a lot of progress on my own but had some issues that I didn't seem to be able to get to the bottom of so engaged a certified practitioner.  This made all the difference and I was able to make major shifts in several debilitating issues. It made so much difference to work with an EFT Practitioner who was trained to ask the right questions and uncover aspects I hadn’t been able on my own that I was motivated to go deeper and become a certified Clinical EFT Practitioner.   https://www.eftuniverse.com/practitioners/fiona-schipke

I have also completed a Diploma of Counselling with Tafe Queensland (Australia).

I am so thankful to have learned and developed skills in using this highly effective evidence backed technique, and to now have the opportunity to assist others in achieving their personal goals and to live based on positivity and confidence rather than in fighting against their fears.
